Geoffrey Senior
After winning Thailand and running a good 2nd in Kunming a week earlier, Geoffrey Senior (Killara G.C. Hcp 13-15) had a strong tussle with Joyce Williamson (Concord G.C. Hcp 10-12). It was really a "2 horse race" with both Joyce and Geoff tied for the lead with only 2 rounds to go. Geoff's final 2 rounds of 36 and 34 at Blackstone and Lava Fileds courses respectively were too high for anyone to catch him. He won by 4 points from Joyce Williamson with Peter Tanner (Pelican Waters G.C.) a further 14 points behind.
